I can finally tick this off my to do list.
I’m the proudest owner of three tattoos and i’m really excited to finally have it. They’re both on my wrists so it really killed but word of advice : take deep breaths and close your eyes.
On my left I have ‘Rester Forte’ meaning remain strong. I always wanted a simple line that motivates me everyday and this was a beautiful message that spoke to me because through my daily life I have to constantly stay strong in everything I do. I am surrounded by the most strongest people my mum, my sisters, my friends and it has inspired me to stay strong, to stand my ground and believe in myself.
It’s corney I know, but it’s for me and that’s what makes it soo special.
The cross on my right wrist represents the cross I have to carry everyday, there’s always obstacles I have to face but I should remember that a long time ago there was one guy that had to carry a heavy cross for all of us , Jesus. Being catholic is something that’s a part of me and I would love to show the whole world my devotion to Christ. Even though i smoke, drink and do a lot of secular things i know that god is always there for me no matter what. The cross is just simple because I always see people who have tattoos of crosses and they’re soo highly decorated but the thing is .. i’m not sure that they truly believe (correct me if i”m wrong) I just think that a simple cross with a lot of meaning is better than a highly decorated cross without meaning.
